Please quote annual physical counts of pharmacy medications and applicable supplies for inpatient and outpatient pharmacies at six VA campuses in Memphis, Mountain Home, Murfreesboro and Nashville, Tennessee, and Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky.

Applicable Federal Acquisition Circular: 2027-01. 2. Requirement VISN 09 requires annual wall-to-wall physical inventory services for pharmacy medications and applicable pharmacy supplies at six VA medical center campuses.

Contractor provides qualified labor, supervision, equipment, inventory tools, travel, section-level controls, product identification, pricing and electronic reporting in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work. 3. Classification and acquisition strategy NAICS: 541614, Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services.

SBA Size Standard: $20 million in average annual receipts. PSC: R706, Logistics Support. Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Applicable set-aside provisions and clauses are subject to Contracting Officer review before issuance. 4. Base Period and Four Option-Year Periods The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base period and four separately exercisable option periods.
