We are seeking quotes for new spare parts for the pilot, co-pilot, and mechanic seats of the MH-65E aircraft for the U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, NC.
Contract scope: Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract for MH-65E seat spare parts, with a one-year base period and up to four one-year options (five years maximum).
Sole source intent: The Coast Guard intends to award to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. (Phoenix, AZ), the OEM, but other responsible sources may still submit quotes for consideration.
Part requirements: All parts must be NEW and FAA-approved, with no alternate or substitute parts accepted and no drawings or specifications available from the agency.
Certification and traceability: A Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15 and documented traceability to the OEM are required, with no more than two exchanges before delivery to the USCG.
Award terms: The Government may make a single award, multiple awards by CLIN, or no award, and may withhold items.
