Item and condition: All parts must be NEW approved parts, priced firm-fixed price on a competitive basis.
First article testing: Offerors that have not passed a Form, Fit, Function (FFF) test must quote on Attachment 1 and are subject to First Article Testing under FAR 52.209-4.
Prior FFF approval: Offerors that have already passed an FFF test for this item quote on Attachment 2 instead.
Certificate of Conformance: A Certificate of Conformance in the format required by FAR 52.246-15 must be furnished.
Competition type: Unrestricted under NAICS 336413; all responsible sources may quote, and a DHS Form 11000-6 non-disclosure agreement is attached.

Licenses and certifications
