- Contract Vehicle: Firm-Fixed-Price single purchase added to existing contract SPRRA2-24-D-0011 under the Lockheed Martin COI/SCC framework.
- Sole Source Restriction: Sole-source to Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE 64059) under FAR 6.103-1(b); only sole-source items may be proposed.
- Proposal Deadline: Full proposal due by 5:00 PM CST October 30, 2026; intent to respond required within 5 business days of RFP receipt.
- Pricing Requirements: Proposal must include Firm-Fixed unit pricing with Other Than Certified Cost or Pricing Data (OTCP) in Microsoft Excel; ProPricer Detail Cost Breakdown required if using ProPricer.
