We are seeking quotes for nine types of Apache M-TADS/M-PNVS spare parts (approximately 31 total units) in support of the Royal Netherlands Land Air & Space Force, via sole-source action to Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE 04939).
- Items & Quantities: Nine NSN line items including M-PNVS Turrets (3), Color TADS Electronic Display & Control units (10), M-Laser Range Finders (5), Boresight Modules (2), and four additional sensor/structural components totaling roughly 31 units.
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price delivery order to be issued against Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A125G0025 under terms of BOA SPE4A123G0017.
- Cost/Pricing Data: Certified cost or pricing data required per FAR 15.408-2 Table 15-1; proposal must include labor categories, hours by category, material costs, and a full cost breakdown in Microsoft Excel with working formulas.
- Indirect Rates: Offeror must document proposed indirect rates via FPRA, FPRR, or FPRP from DCAA/DCMA, or provide three years of historical incurred cost submissions detailing pools and bases.
- First Article Test: FAT may be required at the CLIN level and priced separately; offeror may submit a waiver request but must include FAT pricing in the proposal regardless.
- Proposal Due Date: Proposals are due 10 October 2026; subcontracting plan and OCI disclosure (or statement of no known OCIs) must be submitted as part of the proposal package.
