Scope: Repair of the PMP END, CTFGL in accordance with the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and approved repair standards.
Turnaround time: Government seeks a 90-day Repair Turnaround Time, measured from physical receipt of the asset at your facility to Government acceptance.
Inspection: Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required, and final Government acceptance must occur within the RTAT.
Quote contents: Provide unit price, total price, RTAT, pricing type (firm-fixed, estimated, or NTE), CAGE codes, test and evaluation fee if beyond repair, and new-unit price and lead time.
Reporting and freight: Report all transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system within five business days of receipt; the Navy handles freight, FOB Origin.
Late penalties and options: Late units incur a price reduction per unit per month, and the Government intends to add an option for increased quantity at the same unit price.
