Scope of Repair: Contractor must perform full teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair of the item; provide NTE or firm-fixed pricing plus a beyond-repair (BR/BER) price and approximate new-item cost.
Special Emphasis Material: Item is Level I Special Emphasis material for a critical shipboard system where defective material could cause loss of life or loss of the ship.
Classified Access Required: Contractor must have authorized access to CONFIDENTIAL document 6984058 per DD Form 254.
Set-Aside: Total small business set-aside under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF); DO-rated order for national defense (DPAS).
Period of Performance: Final material delivery no later than 110 days after contract effective date; certification CDRLs due 20 days before scheduled delivery.
Quality & Shipping: Government (ATAC) handles all shipping—do not include shipping costs in quote; contract utilizes Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV).
