We are seeking quotes for RING,GLOBE SEAT (NIIN 014979490) shipboard Level I / Scope of Certification material for NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg, delivered FOB Destination.
Scope and criticality: Item is a Level I, Scope of Certification special emphasis part for a crucial shipboard system, so incorrect or defective material is not acceptable.
First article testing: First Article Testing is required (one unit, contractor testing, 30 days), and the DD1423 Data Item A001 may be waived if already current on file at NAVSUP WSS.
Certification and OEM: Vendor must be ISO 9001 certified and provide proof with the quote; non-OEM offerors must name the OEM (company and CAGE) and supply a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead.
Inspection and acceptance: DCMA source inspection and source acceptance are required before shipping; destination inspection and acceptance are not allowed.
Quote requirements: Quote must include unit price, first-batch lead time, monthly ship rate, offer validity (30 Sep preferred), inspection, acceptance and pack CAGE locations, US manufacture status, and a POC, listed per NIIN.
Terms and set-aside: Total small business set-aside under emergency acquisition flexibilities, with a bilateral award, a one-year warranty from delivery, Buy American requirements, and past performance considered in evaluation.
