Quote contents: Provide unit price, total price, Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) in days, and a price reduction amount per unit per month for late delivery.
Turnaround and penalties: RTAT runs from physical receipt at your facility, as logged in CAV, to Government acceptance; late units incur a price reduction.
Inspection and freight: Government Source Inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin and handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV.
Beyond repair: Quote a T&E fee if the asset is found beyond repair, and give new-unit price and lead time for comparison.
Award terms: Bilateral award requiring written acceptance, with an option quantity the Government may add at the unit price.
