Scope of work: Repair only of the HOLDER,PRINTED CIRC item; quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will not be accepted.
Pricing type: Firm-fixed price (FFP) for repair, with repair unit price, total price, RTAT, and new unit price included in the quote.
Turnaround time: Requested repair turnaround is 351 days from receipt of asset, with price reductions per unit per month for late delivery.
Authorization and quality: Awardee must be an authorized repair source and meet ISO 9001 quality requirements.
Marking and packaging: Must comply with IUID requirements (DFARS 252.211-7003), MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Source, and CAV reporting.
Submission and induction: Quotes are emailed to the contracting contact, and assets received more than 365 days after award need bilateral agreement to be repaired.
