Laboratory Analysis of Water Samples (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140RR027Q0021 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, as of March 1, 2026. (iv) This acquisition is open market, with no small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541380 � Testing Laboratories and Services and the size standard is $19 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package.
