- Purpose: Support overhead lifting during Remove and Replace of EO/IR Turret Deployment Units, used with P/N HLU-500/E Hoist.
- Competition Basis: Limited competition restricted to B.E Wallace and their authorized distributors due to proprietary design rights.
- Response Deadline: Capability statements, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by November 7, 2025.
