Item & Quantity: 3 each of NSN 4420-15-207-8873, Novenco part number CU100795 / MCDEW/S153TSG STSP ABS+ASME only; substitutes not accepted.
Authorized Source Only: Award is anticipated sole-source to Novenco or an authorized distributor; quote must include an OEM letter confirming authorized distributor status and genuine OEM parts.
Packaging Requirements: Each unit must be individually preserved per MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, boxed in ASTM-D6251 Type III Class 1 or ASTM-D6880 Class 2 wood crate, marked per MIL-STD-129R with Code 39 bar coding; standard commercial packaging is not acceptable and will result in rejection.
SAM Registration: Offeror must have an active SAM.gov registration and provide a company TIN with the quote.
Quote Deadline: Quotes and capability information due by December 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern; concerns challenging sole-source must submit capability details within 2 calendar days of posting.
