We are seeking quotes for quarterly food (subsistence) supplies delivered to Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Lompoc, 3901 Klein Blvd, Lompoc, CA 93436.
Delivery Window: All deliveries must occur December 29, 2025 – January 16, 2026, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM PST, no weekends or holidays.
Temperature Requirements: Non-frozen perishables must arrive at 34–40°F; frozen items at 0°F or below; products showing prior thawing will be refused.
Set-Aside & Size Standard: Total small business set-aside under NAICS 311999 with a 700-employee size standard.
SAM Registration: Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with Buy American requirements (FAR 52.225-1).
Quote Submission Deadline: PDF quotes must be emailed to tlamirand@bop.gov by 2:00 PM PST on December 2, 2025; quotes must remain valid 30 days after close.
Award Type: Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for awards over $15,000; government purchase card for awards under $15,000.
