We are seeking proposals for innovative commercial products, technologies, or services under the Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Civil Works Strategic Focus Areas.
- Solicitation Authority: This is a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) authorized under DoD Class Deviation 2022-O0007, similar in structure to a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA).
- Scope: ERDC and other DoD agencies may competitively award proposals for innovative commercial products, technologies, or services.
- Commercial Eligibility: Solutions do not need to be commercially available — if requirements are met, all submissions are treated as commercial items.
- Review Process: Proposals are evaluated by scientific, technological, or other subject matter expert peers within ERDC and DoD.
