Item and scope: Supply of valve disks built to drawings EB-2937 and 5959311, designated Special Emphasis material (Level I) for a crucial shipboard system.
First article testing: Contractor must complete First Article Testing per FAR 52.209-3, and the Inspection and Test Plan (Data Item A001) may be waived if already on file.
Set-aside and priority: Total small business set-aside, and the award will be a DO-rated order under DPAS for national defense.
Warranty: One-year warranty from date of delivery.
Compliance requirements: Buy American and Balance of Payments Program apply, plus item unique identification, Wide Area Workflow invoicing, and security prohibitions clauses.
