First Article Testing: First Article Testing is required under FAR 52.209-3, with contractor testing and Government evaluation.
Set-Aside and Rating: Total small business set-aside; the award will be a DO-rated order under DPAS for national defense.
Quality and Warranty: Inspection of supplies is fixed-price with a one-year warranty from delivery, and an Inspection and Test Plan (Data Item A001) is required unless already on file.
