Repair scope: Full repair of the altimeter, including teardown and evaluation (TD&E) within 90 days of receiving the carcass(es), followed by a Firm-Fixed Price quote.
Turnaround time: Requested repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 114.115 days, with price reductions for assets that miss the required RTAT.
Quote contents: Provide an estimated repair price, the cost of new, TD&E rate, RTAT, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date.
OEM authorization: Offerors who are not the OEM must state the OEM name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead.
Option and warranty: Pricing is requested on an option for increased quantity exercisable within 365 days, and the warranty is one year from delivery.
Compliance: Award is DPAS-rated, requires Buy American compliance and Wide Area Workflow invoicing, and will be issued bilaterally.
