Lease Terms: Enhanced Use Lease under 51 U.S.C. 20145, available as-is for no less than a 10-year base term.
Utilities: Do not assume existing MAF utilities are available; you pay for any utilities needed, including municipal power, water and sewer connections at Old Gentilly Road.
Building 351 Utilities: Building 351 is on MAF utility grids, so you must plan to sever and re-establish services, subject to NASA approval.
Responsibilities: The lessee covers all financial responsibility for operations and maintenance, as outlined in the Model Enhanced Use Lease.
