We are seeking quotes for laboratory courier services for the USAFSAM Epidemiology Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB.
Scope of work: Provide courier support to the USAFSAM Epidemiology Laboratory, described as mission-critical, as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Proposal deadline: Quotes are now due 29 January 2027 at 10:00 AM ET, extended from 17 September 2026.
Existing quotes: Offerors who already submitted must either reaffirm their quote with validity through at least 28 February 2027 or submit a revised quote by the new deadline.
Transition risk: The Government wants award and transition done without a lapse in laboratory courier support.
Solicitation documents: The Synopsis/Solicitation combo and the PWS are attached and hold the full requirements; Amendment 2 is expected to post in October 2026.
