We are seeking quotes for repair and modification of NRP CCA motherboards (NSN class 59, electrical components) for the U.S. Navy, with work performed at the contractor's facility.
Repair scope: Contractor supplies labor, new or reworked parts, materials, and test equipment to return each unit to serviceable condition at its own facility.
Repair rate: 100% of carcasses must be repaired; any unit that can't be repaired needs DCMC Quality Assurance Representative approval for disposal.
Incoming inspection: Inspect on receipt, record shipping damage, inventory components, and notify the PCO before inducting units with missing parts.
Standards & certification: Markings follow MIL-STD-130, work follows IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C with trained and certified personnel, and MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited (use SAE-AS22759).
Tooling & warranty: Government provides no tooling or test equipment; supplies carry a 1-year warranty from delivery, with 45 days to correct a defect after discovery.
Contract terms: Buy American requirements apply, invoicing goes through Wide Area Workflow, and the delivery schedule sets the shop time in calendar days.
