We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of digital computer equipment (Federal Supply Class 70) for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support at the contractor's facility.
Scope of work: Repair, test, and inspect Government-furnished digital computer assets under a fixed-price repair contract.
Turnaround time: Repairs must be inspected and accepted by the Government within 140 days after the asset is received at your facility.
Induction window: Assets can be sent for repair up to 365 days after award; later receipts need written agreement from the Contracting Officer.
Throughput and reporting: Offerors must state a monthly throughput limit per NSN and log all receipts in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system within five business days.
Tooling and wire: Contractor supplies all tooling and test equipment, and must use SAE-AS22759 wire instead of MIL-W-81381 wire.
Warranty and compliance: 12-month warranty applies, with Buy American, item unique identification, and priority-rated (DPAS) order requirements.
