Scope of work: Inspect, repair, replace components, reassemble and test the Engine Control Unit to return it to Ready for Issue condition.
Configuration: Unit must be brought to the latest configuration, P/N 4501860F.
Turnaround time: Requested repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 45 days.
Pricing: Quote either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing, plus estimated repair costs.
Standards and certification: Markings per MIL-STD-130; MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited (use SAE-AS22759); personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
Warranty and tooling: 365-day warranty after delivery; contractor supplies all tooling and test equipment; no small business set-aside.
