We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of 26 units of NSN 6150-01-624-7029 for the U.S. Navy.
Scope of work: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test units to return them to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition.
Quantity and options: Initial order is 26 units, with option pricing required for up to 50 units total over the contract period.
Period of performance: Induction period is 365 days from award, which the Government may extend by another 365 days, with unused slots carried over.
Pricing format: Provide separate pricing for the second year if prices will change after the first 365 days.
Tooling and equipment: Contractor must supply all fixtures, jigs, special tooling, and test equipment, as the Government will not provide them.
Workmanship standards: MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used; personnel must be trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
