We are seeking quotes for repair, testing, and inspection of 35 units of NSN 6150-01-577-3466 (Interconnect PWA) for the U.S. Navy.
Repair scope: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test units to return them to Ready for Issue condition per the approved repair/overhaul manual.
Quantity and options: Initial order is 35 units, with option pricing required for up to 50 units total, and separate second-year pricing if prices change.
Period of performance: The induction period is 365 days from award, extendable by another 365 days, and unused induction slots carry into year two.
Tooling and equipment: The contractor must supply all fixtures, jigs, special tooling, and test equipment, as the Government will not provide them.
Wire and workmanship: MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used, with personnel trained and certified to IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C where MIL-STD-454 is referenced.
Warranty and compliance: A 1-year warranty after delivery applies, along with Buy American requirements and Wide Area Workflow invoicing.
