We are seeking quotes for repair and modification of Augmentor Cases for aircraft (Navy NAVSUP WSS, FSC 28) at the contractor's own facility.
Repair scope: Repair, test, and inspect government-furnished assets (F-condition) under the contract requirements, with markings per MIL-STD-130.
Turnaround time: Repairs must be inspected and accepted by the Government within 45 days after the asset is received, with early and incremental deliveries preferred.
Throughput and induction: Contractor must state a monthly throughput constraint per NSN, and assets received more than 365 days after award are not authorized for repair without agreement.
Quality system: Contractor must maintain a quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent.
Tooling and materials: Contractor supplies all tooling and test equipment, and MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited (use SAE-AS22759 series wire instead).
Reporting and warranty: Receipt transactions must be reported in the CAV system within five business days, and supplies carry a 12-month warranty.
