Mowing: Up to 20 cuts, including 15 during the growing season; spring and summer may require 2–3 cuts per month. - Included cleanup: Weed-eat shrub beds, edge sidewalks and curbs, remove pavement weeds, trim and spray around fences and buildings, blow clippings, finely mulch or remove leaves, and remove trash and debris. Pine straw replacement and bed spraying are excluded. - Shrubs and hedges: Two trims annually, one in spring and one in fall, including removal of cuttings. - Required site visit: November 4, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; attend the property tour and sign the attendance sheet. - Pricing: Provide separate fixed prices per mowing visit and per shrub/hedge trimming, including cleanup.
