Is there a fee?

No. Bidding through XL Eagle costs you nothing. Our margin is added on top of your price, so the price you give us is the price you get.

Who signs the contract with the government?

XL Eagle does. Before any work starts we sign a subcontract with you that puts your price, the scope and the payment terms in writing.

What happens if the bid loses?

Nothing. You owe nothing, and we keep sending you jobs that fit your work.

Do I need to register with the government?

No. XL Eagle carries the registrations: UEI K6SYWSWZAMY9, CAGE 11R42, active in SAM.gov.
