What the job is
Scope: Incident management, volunteer registration and credentialing, inventory management, patient triage and tracking, and hospital bed availability. Please identify which components you can provide.
Platform: Commercially available software supporting 1,500 concurrent users, with no per-seat or per-use license fees; compatible with Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, tablets, and mobile phones.
Mobile access: Android and iOS support, including offline field documentation and mobile incident and patient tracking tools.
Workflows: NIMS/ICS-compatible incident management and ESAR-VHP-compatible volunteer management, where applicable.
Integration and security: SSO, role-based access, audit tracking, open APIs, healthcare data exchange, configurable reports, and full data export; FIPS 140-3 encryption and HIPAA safeguards where applicable.
Hosting: 99.99% uptime or better, 24/7 hosting support, backups, disaster recovery within 24 hours, and a test environment matching production.
Delivery and pricing: Deployment within 90 days, training, documentation, at least a 365-day warranty, maintenance, and all upgrades. Please itemize implementation and recurring costs by component.
