What they need
- PortfolioActively manage up to approximately $100 million, primarily in fixed-income securities and cash equivalents, with permitted diversified equity investments.
- ServicesInvestment strategy, securities purchases and sales, cash flow forecasting, credit monitoring, and investment policy review. Assets must remain in a separate account with an approved custodian.
- ReportingDetailed monthly reports, quarterly performance reports and compliance certifications, and attendance at least once annually to present performance and strategy.
- QualificationsSEC-registered adviser with at least five years of relevant portfolio management experience and an assigned account manager with at least five years of investment management experience.
- TermFour years, with two possible one-year extensions.
- PricingProvide a complete fee schedule identifying management, transaction, custody, consulting, and any other charges or compensation.
