What the job is
Removal: Remove and dispose of the existing door, operator, guides, controls, and associated components.
Replacement door: Cornell ESD10 or specified Cookson/Clopay alternate; opening 19'9" wide × 30'6" high, subject to field verification. Galvanized steel curtain with gray GalvaNex finish, hot-dip galvanized guides and bottom bar, weatherstripping, and exterior hood and operator covers.
Operator: 2 HP, 460V, three-phase, NEMA 4X corrosion-resistant operator with emergency manual chain hoist.
Controls and safety: Open/Close/Stop stations, UL325 light curtain, and monitored electric sensing edge with wireless kit.
Installation: Include supports, hardware, electrical wiring, conduit, disconnect, connections, testing, adjustment, cleanup, and operating instructions.
Schedule: Complete by January 29, 2027; weekday work hours are 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
