What the job is
Electrical systems: Evaluate and design replacements for three medium-voltage switchgears, the Dewey substation, three 480V switchboards, five motor control centers, and a mimic/control panel.
Building systems: Design HVAC, building automation, LED lighting, and fire alarm upgrades for Buildings 286 and 289.
Engineering services: Provide preliminary and final design, bid support, construction-phase engineering, record drawings, O&M documentation, training, start-up planning, and cost estimates.
Controls: Develop PLC, HMI, historian, network, testing, and commissioning requirements for affected systems.
Qualifications: Work must be directed by a Professional Engineer registered in Wisconsin.
