What the job is
Service period: January 1–December 31, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals.
Staffing: Two full-time equivalent Loan Closet Assistants, with backup coverage during absences and vacancies.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus accommodation of after-hours service requests and outreach.
Operations: Handle inquiries, process donated equipment, incontinence products and monetary donations, clean and sanitize equipment using designated facilities, and maintain inventory and distribution records.
Outreach and reporting: Support community outreach, respond to requests and record case notes within one business day, and maintain at least 95% inventory accuracy.
Pricing: Include all staffing, supervision, benefits and operating costs; approximate annual budget is $130,000. Equipment and distributed supplies are donation-based.
