Northport spaces: Refresh one visitation room and create two additional visitation spaces with observation glazing, sinks, washer/dryer connections, and security cameras; include entrance improvements and concrete porch soffit repair design.
Coordination: Accessibility, acoustics, structural and building systems, security, technology, and furniture/equipment coordination within occupied facilities on an expedited design schedule.
Pricing: Separate fees for each of the three remodel components, broken down by phase, with reimbursable expenses and hourly rates.
