What the job is
Scope: Manage rebate processing and approvals, dealer coordination and reimbursements, customer eligibility verification, and customer support and public information.
Eligible vehicles: Used battery electric vehicles purchased or leased by eligible vulnerable populations; vehicles must exceed 35 mph and have a GVWR under 10,000 pounds. Motorcycles, off-road vehicles, hybrids, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are excluded.
Platform and experience: Own or license a digital rebate processing platform and have experience delivering instant rebates for at least 1,000 electric vehicles.
Schedule: January 22–June 30, 2027, with a preferred launch by April 15, 2027, and potential extension through June 2029.
Budget: Up to $4,850,000 total, including no more than $650,000 for administration and at least $4,200,000 for rebate reimbursements.
