Captioning: Real-time, word-for-word speech-to-text captioning with at least 99% accuracy.
Delivery: Onsite or remote captioning displayed on Daktronics boards and mobile devices, with multilingual options.
Staffing: Dedicated client services specialist and Certified Realtime Captioner experienced with Daktronics and Eclipse Stenograph or TypeWell.
Equipment: Provide all required equipment and software, including a stenograph machine, laptop, and captioning software.
Pricing: Fully loaded fixed hourly rates for onsite and remote captioning for a one-year term beginning October 1, 2026, plus four one-year options.
