Utility disconnections: Locate and expose both service connections at their mains; permanently cap the sewer connection and cut/crimp or otherwise secure the water connection per utility requirements. Remove the water meter. Remaining service lines may stay in place.

ExcavationInclude saw cutting, shoring, dewatering, backfill, compaction, and protection of existing utilities.
RestorationPermanently restore disturbed roadway and parking lot pavement to match existing thickness and materials, plus affected curbs, sidewalks, markings, and landscaping. Include debris removal.
Traffic controlInclude flagging and an approved traffic-control plan. Lane closures are limited to Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including setup and removal.
CoordinationInclude permits, utility coordination, inspections, and testing. Field-verify utility sizes and depths; no plans or verified dimensions are available. Coordinate with the demolition contractor; building demolition is excluded.
