Laptops1,425 Dell Latitude 5420 units; 11th Gen Intel Core i5, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 14-inch FHD non-touch display. Includes 1,358 functional units, 19 with damaged LCDs, and 48 with power issues.
Touch Chromebooks548 functional Dell 3100 units; Intel Celeron N4000, 4GB RAM, 16GB eMMC, 11.6-inch HD touch display.
Non-touch Chromebooks20,782 Dell 3100 units with the same processor, memory, and storage; 11.6-inch HD non-touch display. Includes 20,302 functional units, 301 with damaged LCDs, 99 with power issues, and 80 with excessive damage.
Condition and packagingWorking condition is not guaranteed. Devices have metal asset tags attached; laptops are data wiped and Chromebooks Power Washed. Equipment is boxed or packed in gaylords and palletized; loading dock available.
PickupInclude all labor, equipment, and transportation costs. Payment is required before removal; pickup must occur within 30 days of selection and no later than December 16, 2026, with one week's advance scheduling.
Audit and recyclingComplete an inventory audit within 30 days after pickup and provide results within five days of completion. Recycle non-marketable equipment in accordance with applicable environmental regulations at no additional cost.
