What they need

DimensionsClean approximately 866 feet at 2–3 feet wide, level with the roadside culvert base, then approximately 469 feet at 5–6 feet wide toward the football field. Stay within existing ditch boundaries.
Debris disposalHaul material to North Landfill near Atlantic before reaching the wooded area. Within the woods, place debris on or near existing berms, leaving 5-foot openings every 50 feet and keeping side ditches and streams clear.
Trees and stumpsCut four marked small trees and address stumps from these and four previously cut trees. Cut or grind stumps to restore grade; do not excavate them.
ScheduleComplete within 60 days of authorization to proceed, working Monday–Friday. Arrange utility marking and provide 24 hours’ written notice before starting.
