Locations4900 Old Valley Pike, New Market, VA (approximately 1,496 sq. ft., plus warming house); 260 W. Duck Street, Front Royal, VA (approximately 900 sq. ft., plus separate shop restroom); 77 Smallwood Lane, Berryville, VA (approximately 800 sq. ft.); and 2275 Northwestern Pike, Winchester, VA 22603 (three buildings totaling approximately 6,935 sq. ft.). Quotes may cover one or more locations.
Service periodJanuary 1–December 31, 2027, with four optional annual renewals.
ScheduleTwice weekly—Tuesday and Thursday at New Market, Front Royal, and Berryville; Wednesday and once each weekend at Winchester. Weekday cleaning must occur after 4:30 PM and finish by 4:00 AM the following morning; weekend cleaning must finish by 4:00 AM Monday.
Routine cleaningRestroom sanitation and restocking, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, entrance glass and mats, adjacent entrance sweeping, and stairway cleaning.
Periodic cleaningEight monthly services covering floor refinishing/buffing, interior glass, walls, partitions, and storage areas; four quarterly services covering floor stripping/waxing, carpet shampooing, windows, high dusting, light fixtures, mats, and upholstery. Monthly services are skipped during quarterly service months.
Included costsAll labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, cleaning products, liners, paper towels, soap, and 2-ply toilet tissue. Include fingerprint background checks for staff and hauling away floor-stripping wastewater at Winchester.
PricingProvide separate weekly, monthly, and quarterly prices per location, plus an hourly rate for a minimum two-person crew for special/emergency cleaning, with 24-hour/four-hour notice respectively.
