DimensionsApproximately 51" H × 208" W overall (75 sq. ft.); WPHEC lettering 31" H × 155" W, KING HALL lettering 12" H × 123" W, and logo triangles approximately 14.5" × 14.5". Field-verify dimensions before fabrication.
PaintingPrepare, prime, and paint the entire associated fascia using Sherwin-Williams exterior paint or approved equal in owner-selected colors.
RemovalRemove the existing sign and hardware without damaging the building, dispose of materials off-site, and patch/seal minor penetrations.
Included workShop drawings and color samples for approval, fabrication, delivery, mounting hardware, installation, permits if required, and cleanup. Provide a minimum one-year warranty on materials, workmanship, and installation.
