What they need

RemovalClearing, loading, hauling, reduction, recycling, and disposal of disaster debris; hazardous tree, limb, and stump removal; and temporary debris storage site operations.
MonitoringField and disposal-site monitors, supervisors, truck capacity verification, electronic load tickets, GPS/photos, and daily dashboard reporting. Monitors must deploy within 24 hours of notice.
TimingServices requested as needed from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2029. Removal completion within 90 days and disposal within 180 days per activation, unless otherwise approved.
PricingIdentify services and regions covered, with all-inclusive hourly and applicable unit rates. List tipping fees separately at actual cost without markup. No minimum work volume is guaranteed.
IndependenceRemoval and monitoring must be performed independently for the same activation.
