ElevatorOne existing hydraulic passenger elevator serving five floors, using existing and/or modified hoistways and machine rooms.
ScopeModernize hoistway and pit components, hydraulic pump unit and direct plunger, controls, electrical service and standby power, doors and protection devices, car enclosure, signal fixtures, and firefighters’ service components.
InstallationInclude labor, materials, equipment, removal, permits, testing, final inspections, and cleanup while maintaining safe public access to the operating facility.
ScheduleSubstantial completion within 180 calendar days of authorization to proceed; regular work hours Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Eastern.
PricingItemize mobilization and modernization, and include a separate $150,000 allowance for unforeseen elevator conditions.
