What they need

Data dropsTwo cables per location: 71 blue and 11 yellow locations in the training facility, one yellow location in Hangar 100, and one blue location in Hangar 300.
Wireless dropsOne cable with Cat 6e jacks per location: six blue and four yellow locations in the training facility, one yellow in Hangar 100, and one blue in Hangar 300.
CablingCat 6e CMP plenum cable supporting 10 Gbps; blue for Averett spaces and yellow for DCC spaces. Include stainless steel faceplates, labeling, terminations, and digital cable certifications.
RacksTwo 48U two-post open racks, each with six 48-port patch panels, secured to the wall and floor; separate blue and yellow drops by rack. Include one 12U enclosed, lockable wall rack in each hangar, with patch panels and components to link to its corresponding training facility rack. Interbuilding fiber is provided by others.
HardwareSupply and install one HPE Aruba CX 6405 v2 chassis, two HPE Aruba CX 6400 48-port modules, and six HPE 500 series access points: five in Averett's training facility space and one in Hangar 300. Refurbished hardware is acceptable; specify warranty coverage.
InstallationInclude labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits. A current Virginia LVS contractor license is required. Plan to begin November 9, 2026, with phased installation coordinated with construction, currently expected to finish April 30, 2027.
