Interior finishesBuild approximately 26 linear feet of light-gauge metal stud wall with 5/8-inch drywall on both sides; paint to match, modify the acoustical ceiling, and install carpet tiles and new cove base throughout the area.
ElectricalLower existing outlets, rework storage-room lighting, provide dedicated projector power and rear-display power, and add front-wall equipment power if no outlet is nearby.
Data and video pathwaysInstall conduits, J-hooks and/or raceways with pull strings for front projection, rear display, and one ceiling wireless access point; include a front-wall quad-gang Cat6 faceplate. Cable pulling and terminations are excluded.
ProjectionSupply and install a recessed motorized ceiling projector lift with power and cable pathways; prep and paint the projection wall with non-gloss, glare-reducing projection paint.
Pricing and timingInclude all labor, materials, and tax, itemized separately; plan to begin within 30 business days of the agreed effective date.
