What the job is
Apparel: Men's and women's cotton and moisture-wicking polyester T-shirts, polos, cotton/polyester button-down shirts, sweatshirts, fleece vests and jackets, lightweight jackets, and waterproof jackets; sizes vary by style from XS through 5XL. Specified brands or equivalent products are acceptable.
Accessories: Acrylic and stretch-fleece beanies, trucker and stretch-cotton caps, and cooling UPF 50+ neck gaiters; one size fits most.
Specialty jackets: Soft-shell jackets comparable to Port Authority J790, S–3XL, with cream embroidery on the left chest and right sleeve; provide comparable styles for annual rotation. Security soft-shell jackets, XXS–5XL, require fleece lining, weather resistance, sleeve pen pocket, microphone loop, flag patch, identification panels, and front SECURITY identification.
Embroidery: One-color or five-color logos, approximately 10,000–12,000 stitches, including artwork setup and an embroidery sample for approval before the first order.
Quote details: Provide unit prices by item and size, available colors, delivery lead times, and equivalent-product specifications. Include packing and delivery to each ordering location. Quantities will vary by order.
Supply term: Five years beginning approximately November 15, 2026, with prices firm for the first two years; indicate proposed annual increases thereafter. Include a minimum one-year commercial-use warranty.
