What the job is
Space: Approximately 1,900 sq. ft. with carpet and tile, two staff bathrooms, public waiting and office areas, and a mall-facing window wall.
Schedule: Cleaning after 4:30 p.m., initially on Thursdays, with a second weekly cleaning day added January 1, 2027.
Routine cleaning: Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish consumables, remove trash/recycling/compost, vacuum and mop floors, and disinfect high-touch surfaces each visit. Clean glass, restroom partitions, and break room surfaces weekly.
Periodic cleaning: Quarterly tile buffing/waxing; annual carpet steam cleaning, deep dusting, glass and partition washing, and cleaning of light fixtures, mats, and ceiling air exchanges.
Supplies: Include all equipment, cleaning supplies, paper products, hand soap, and dispensers. Use environmentally preferable products and provide safety data sheets.
Term and pricing: Anticipated start November 1, 2026, for three years, with an optional two-year renewal. Provide annual pricing for each of the three years and an hourly rate for additional call-in cleaning, including travel.
