Disciplines: Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural services; please identify the disciplines your team can support.
Scope: Construction and repair plans, site design, property surveys, stormwater and drainage design, permitting including Act 250, and ADA assessments.
Project support: Site visits, needs assessments, cost estimates, signed and stamped engineering plans, and coordination during construction.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive hourly rates by labor classification, including anticipated subcontractor rates, valid for the initial two-year term. Projects will be assigned as needed; work volume is not guaranteed.
