Alternatives analysis: Evaluate modernization options, excluding custom development, with cost-benefit and risk analyses, a preferred alternative, and an implementation roadmap.
Study and project management: Produce the complete streamlined feasibility study, manage the project schedule and weekly status meetings, and provide presentations, responses, and revisions through final review and acceptance.
Schedule: Anticipated start February 8, 2027, with completion expected by December 30, 2027.
Pricing: Provide fixed prices for the needs assessment and requirements, alternatives and cost-benefit analyses, and final accepted study, including expenses and supporting cost breakdowns.
