  • ScheduleOne day between November 2–10, 2026, with up to 5 hours of on-site flight time, completed within a contiguous 12-hour daylight span.
  • Loads and aircraftTransport 800–1,000 lb sling loads using a helicopter carded for external loads/long-line operations and capable of personnel transport. Hughes 500 aircraft are not acceptable.
  • Flight logisticsOne staging area at 6,258 ft elevation and two drop sites at 6,580–7,100 ft, each 0.3–0.7 miles away. Three material trips per drop site. Staging coordinates: 41.9874, -111.42448.
  • EquipmentProvide a fuel truck available at staging throughout operations, all long lines, netting, rigging, and operating supplies. Experienced ground crews will be provided to bundle and secure loads.
  • PricingProvide an hourly rate and total project cost including mobilization, fuel, and all operating costs, with no fuel surcharges. Include references for your last three similar projects.
